Before encapsulation, your formula must be blended to ensure even distribution.
Once blended, the powder is filled into capsule shells. We offer encapsulation in gelatin, and vegetable capsules.

Each capsule is polished of any excess powder for a clean finish.

After capsules are manufactured a thorough inspection is done to ensure quality.
Before tablet pressing, your formula must be blended to ensure even distribution
Once blended, it is compressed into tablets. Tablets can have unique shape & color of your choice.

Before filling the soft gel, your formula must be blended with the oil & ingredients that will be filled.

Once blended, it is put into a thin layer of gelatin while wrapping the fill material to create a softgel.

Each softgel has excess moisture removed, allowing it to shrink, making the softgel more firm and durable.

After soft gels are manufactured a thorough inspection is done to ensure quality.
GUMMY VITAMIN MANUFACTURING
LIQUID MANUFACTURING
Ingredients are sourced and mixed to create a blend. The resulting liquid is cooked until it thickens.

Before the blend is poured, the molds are prepared to be resistant to sticking.
​
Once poured it is cooled to 65 degrees and set aside to sit for 26 hours to form and cool. After the gummies are removed and placed in a large drum tumbler to dry.

Once all your vitamin gummies are produced, they are filled in your bottle and cap of choice.
Ingredients are sourced and mixed to create a blend, adjusting viscosity of liquid to your specification.

Your liquid blend is poured into bottles using precision pumps to inject the correct amount and to eliminate most air bubbles.
